Mizuno MX 560 Driver

At last the wait is over for the new driver release from Mizuno Golf and like everything worth waiting for they don’t just have one driver they release two, The Mizuno MX 560 and the Mizuno MP 600. Today I would like to talk about the MX 560 Driver.

The 4 Golf Online Golf Shop took delivery of the new product in early February and I waisted no time getting it on the range for testing. My first impressions were that it looked good in the expeteted Mizuno blue and the shape of the head is similar to many 4600cc head designs on the market. The club stretches back to give the club a large footprint which can only help with launch angel and direction. Looking down at the top of the head I could see this slight bar which Mizuno refer to as the Power Bar Crown which helps to maximise face energy. The club i had in my hands had the multi compound Mizuno blue grip which not only looked great but felt even better. The MX 560 also can fitted with a Fujikura 360 shaft which also looked great and felt like it would make this club exploded at impact.

My first practise swings with the club felt good the club felt easy to control and a nice weight in my hands. The club head sat very nicely behind the ball and the Power Bar on the crown not only looked good but made it easy to line the club up at address.

After a few shots with the club I could really feel why we have had to wait for this club to arrive, my tee shot where really flying and also my miss hits where performing well also. The club was giving me good distance and I really felt like I could hit fairways with it.
The Mizuno MX 560 Driver felt very good and at under £200 will be a great product in it price band. You always know that you are going to get well made golf equipment with Mizuno and this club is no exception.
